I’m a little late on this, but this is a solid album that deserves some shine.

“Days in Other Days”, the first full length released by the dream-pop duo Nightlife has been dropped. This 10-track album has everything light and magical from the first two EPs, but is gently paired with more thoughtful lyricism and whimsy. The pouring vocals and deep bass create an atmosphere of mysticism, made tangible through the personableness of the song writing. An album written over the course of more than a year, the story throughout is an eclectic compilation of loves lost and found. The result is a sort of synth based diary: personal and poetically candid.”

“SPARK” is a bullet shot in the dark. For about a year, I was fighting to find my sound and understanding of myself as an artist. However with a little faith, patience and freedom, I developed my newest EP “SPARK” presented to you by Djbooth.net. Keeping my eyes closed but my heart open, the EP is feeling in motion, thoughts in time and spirit in demonstration. Dedicated to my creativity and randomness, “SPARK” veers from electronica to hip hop to dancehall back to hip hop, with production from Willie B. of Digiphonics, The Fourth Coming, Ken10, London’s Freshnerd of 100akres and JWT, and features including Ryshon Jones, Dosage, Abstract Random and Tasha the Amazon, this project is my personality packed up in a ball of fire. I hope you love it as much as I loved making it.

You know I was sleeping on this track, I’m not the biggest Kelly Rowland fan though I think she’s gorgeous with a great voice. But this song is very real, I appreciate her honesty. That’s what makes great music.
